JOB SUMMARY Responsible for providing exceptional member service by acting as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, entries and requests. Support the Director of Member Experience with various membership efforts as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assist members on a daily basis with membership, benefits and registration inquiries and concerns. Primary point of contact for member inquiries via phone or email. Process all event registrations and payments, including refunds, transfers and cancellations. Analyze non-member attendance at events and generate outbound calls encouraging membership in the Association. Contact members with a pending membership expiration
