Job Brief The Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) is looking for a high-performing Education Senior Associate with interest in the education field, and preferably some experience with an association. The Education Senior Associate is an integral part of the Education and Events team and will be the liaison to attendees and members looking for high quality education and will work with world class faculty and speakers.   The Education Senior Associate will be responsible for the administration of several education programs, working in the learning management system (LMS) and assisting with speaker relations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in professional development education. Previous experience with learning management system is a plus
