GSA is seeking an individual to first, be responsible to organize and implement all activities associated with logistics for the Annual Scientific Meeting (4,000 attendees) and other events for the Society. Second, be responsible for the management in the design, execution and maintaining of digital programs and learning content for organization which involve establishing a comprehensive delivery and execution of programs using both in-person and virtual environments. Therefore, you will support all aspects of the planning, implementation, management and on-site execution of the Annual Scientific Meeting. Lead all logistics for the meeting logistics platform, mobile app, affiliates, interest groups, pre-conference workshops, shipping, signage, first aid, security, special events.
