IDSA has an opening for a Membership Manager who prides themselves in growing and retaining a membership community through both their sales and marketing prowess and superb customer service skills. You are tireless in your pursuit of these goals and will maintain a strong focus on data analysis to maximize all available opportunities. As Membership Manager you will recommend and develop successful membership strategies and tactics and rely on your communication skills to articulate a compelling value proposition to members and prospects. Upon joining IDSA, one of the exciting projects you'll be working on is our new Academic Membership Program. The pilot year starts in January, and you'll help facilitate a co-creation process that results in a comprehensive, valuable program.
