We have a 60 hour/month Communications & Administrative position for someone to update our website, compile our e-newsletter, and handle office administrative work. Both the website and newsletter are currently being updated.
This is a part time position and we are flexible with the hours/days, but ideally someone would come into the office once or twice a week. We are a small-staffed office so clear communication is essential, and the ability to work on/organize a variety of projects each day is part of the job. Meeting various deadlines is a priority for this position.
* EMphasis newsletter bi-monthly: compile content, layout articles and photos within template, import member emails, and send to all members.
TCEP Website Updates:
* Regular updating of TCEP website content, seeking content and securing reprint rights as needed, working with members who submit articles.
Connect Annual Conference Marketing
* Work on marketing pieces and emails for annual meeting, create Connect onsite brochure and/or information for the mobile app.
* Organize drobox files, ordering conference supplies and awards, Board and residency visit catering, letter writing, scheduling conference calls, and other duties as needed.
The Texas College of Emergency Physicians is a statewide, professional medical association with 2200 members and an office based in downtown Austin. Covered parking provided. Non-smoking office.

Strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
2-4 years Website experience
2-4 years experience with graphic design/ brochure layout templates
Good at following processes, detail oriented/prioritization
Mobile app experience preferred
Experience with MemberClicks Oasis platform desired
Travel to annual conference may be expected
