The ideal candidate brings strong experience in large-scale, multiple event management, vendor negotiation, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination. Statewide travel and hands-on event leadership are required on a limited basis.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in event planning, hospitality, association events, or related fields.
Proven success managing large-scale conferences or multi-location events.
Strong logistics, budgeting, project management, and vendor negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience developing systems and processes to support statewide or multi-chapter events.
Proficiency with event management tools, Office365, CRMs, and registration platforms.
Ability to travel statewide and provide hands-on support at major events, including extended hours as needed (limited).
