The Texas Counseling Association is a non-profit association located in downtown Austin that represents Licensed Professional Counselors, Certified School Counselors, and other behavioral health professionals working in an array of settings across Texas. TCA promotes professional counselors, advocates for access to their services, and delivers educational content online and in face-to-face conferences. Role Overview The Membership and Marketing Director will lead efforts to grow, engage, and retain members while overseeing all aspects of marketing and communication strategies. This role ensures a seamless membership experience, drives outreach initiatives, and maintains the organization’s brand and messaging across all platforms. This position plays a crit
