The Texas Nurses Association is seeking a Director of Membership to develop and implement a membership strategy to recruit, engage and retain members. The director will track and evaluate membership trends, member benefits, and programs to inform membership recruitment, engagement and retention strategies as well as maintain and execute the district services plan and active district status criteria, and provide support to district leadership. The Director of Membership will also serve as the staff liaison to the Leadership Succession and Awards committees, and ensure policies and procedures regarding nominations, elections and awards are followed.
