Event Manager
Responsibilities: Events & Conferences: Plan and manage logistics of meetings, conferences and events, trade events and training courses with oversight from Senior Association Manager. This includes RFPs, venue sourcing and selection, contract negotiations. Prepare meeting materials including power points, nametags, check in needs and meeting box items. Coordination of food and beverage, A/V, transportation, off-site events; planning and marketing timelines; working with committees on program/speakers, continuing education credit and documentation; and coordination of marketing materials and communications.
