NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association is looking for a Member Services and Engagement Manager to join our team. As our Member Services and Engagement Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Director in the planning, development, and implementation of membership retention, recruitment, engagement, orientation and recognition programs.
What will you do?
Prepare and oversee administration of monthly membership renewals, new member applications, and related member communications.
Provide management oversight for the Member Services and Engagement Assistant position.
Engage with members and deliver exceptional customer service and support across various channels.
Support budgeting, projections, and forecasting regarding membership dues and identify, analyze, and report on member engagement metrics.
Offer AMS expertise, including maintenance of data integrity, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating system improvements.
Administer member programs and coordinate annual meeting business session communications.
Perform other duties, as required.
The ideal candidate will have the following position requirements:
Strong understanding of trade association membership programs and procedures, especially those related to dues management.
Management experience, especially overseeing membership and customer service-related functions.
Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage a variety of tasks concurrently, work independently and take initiative.
Working knowledge of AMS databases, especially experience with Association Anywhere.
Proficient with all applications in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Power BI.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
Practical knowledge, skills and abilities usually acquired through an undergraduate degree and a minimum of 5-7 years of related work experience.
