Job Description The Controller is a key member of the TXTA executive leadership team, reporting directly to the President & CEO and the Chief Operating Officer.  The primary responsibility is to direct the fiscal functions of the association in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board, other regulatory and advisory organizations, and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate for a non-profit trade association (501(c)6). The Controller supervises all financial activities of the Texas Trucking Association, Southwest Movers Association, TXTA Services, TXTA Foundation, SMA Foundation, TXTA TruckPAC and SMA MovePAC.  Duties and Responsibilities
