The Texas Chefs Association (TCA) is a premier professional association dedicated to advancing the culinary profession and fostering a community of culinary leaders. Our mission is to promote culinary excellence through education, collaboration, and advocacy, enhancing the culinary arts across Texas.  The TCA is a Chapter of the American Culinary Federation and is comprised of 14 sub-chapters throughout Texas.  TCA sub-chapters conduct local continuing education programming, while the greater TCA membership gathers annually for the TCA State Convention.
