The Creative Operations Manager will grow TDA through effective marketing and communication. This position functions as an internal service provider by collaborating with TDA, and TDA Meeting, staff to develop marketing strategies and campaigns for membership, programs, and services. The Creative Operations Manager will work with internal team members to establish an overall marketing strategy for each program or service, create goals and objectives for each promotional campaign, coordinate project milestones and production schedules, write copy, design collateral materials and graphic elements, and track metrics.
