The Executive Officer serves as the chief administrative officer, recommends, and participates in the formulation of new policies and makes decisions within the bounds of existing policies. In addition, the Executive Officer plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates the staff, programs, and activities to ensure the association’s goals and objectives are met. The Executive Officer has the overall responsibility to carry out the mission and goals of the GBVBA and the Board of Directors’ strategic plan. Collaborates with the Texas Association of Builders and National Association of Home Builders to ensure that the Federation’s goals and objectives are communicated, and local affiliate representation is in place.
