Texas Society of Professional Surveyors (TSPS) is a non-profit organization based in Austin, Texas. The position of Administrative Assistant will assist the Executive Director and the President. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative services to support the business and membership of TSPS. The position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who is a team player. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Membership, Committees, and Chapters: Process membership applications, invoicing and payments Respond to membership inquires Administer forums/groups Manage association management software actions and alerts Send new member list to the board of directors and chapter presidents monthly
