The Director, Compass Data Program will support the VP, Health Innovation in the administration, execution, support , promotion and growth of the of the Compass hospital claims data program and oversee operational vendor performance including data integrity.
Serves as Compass subject matter expert and THA spokesperson. Utilize technical and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues and identify and implement improvements to drive participant satisfaction. Ensures program/department milestones/goals are met and participants are retained and satisfied. Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements. Develops new business in collaboration with team and expands product line, as necessary. Will promote the Compass program at THA by overseeing and enhancing the presence of the Compass program with participating hospitals with monthly on-site hospital visits to meet with Compass users/stakeholders. Manage and develop any and all direct reports in supporting the operation and goals of the Compass Program. Provide the strategic direction of the THA Compass program. Work in collaboration with Vice President and Senior Vice President in setting annual goals related to Compass program and enhancing the product line.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management or related disciplines recommended.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability identify problems and implement corrective processes.
Strong customer service, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize and execute tasks quickly and effectively.
Experience working in or with healthcare environments recommended.
One year in a technical role required.
Ability to travel 25% of the time.
