TIADA, an Austin non-profit trade association, seeks full time Meetings and Conferences Coordinator for planning of events across the state of Texas, including large annual conference with vendor exposition hall. Work with the Executive Director to coordinate venue selection, vendor solicitation, negotiations, contracting, event registration and oversight for annual conference, board meetings, education seminars, and various other meetings and events throughout the year. Manage comprehensive event logistics in advance, on-site, and post-conference to include site selection, room sets, audio visual, food & beverage, décor, signage, etc. Develop, evaluate and maintain event budgets and closely monitor spending against pre-set limits
