Basic Function:           Serves as a custodian of THA’s database through proper data entry, regular audits, and electronic and verbal verification of information. Serves as a primary customer service contact for Membership, Registration, Products, and Help Desk inquiries. Performs technical duties that include data entry within THA’s database. Skills and Abilities: Requires an intermediate level of computer skills in Microsoft Office and 10-key touch. Quick and accurate data entry skills are required.
