POSITION SUMMARY: The Governance Manager supports the Board of Directors and staff leadership team to design, implement and support the highest quality governance. This person is responsible for the framework of policies, systems, and practices by which the board of directors ensures accountability, fairness, and transparency with the organization’s members, leaders, customers, and partners. Additionally, focusing on facilitating the flow of information. This position needs to provide key information to managers, board members and committees.
