Under the supervision and in conjunction with the Human Resources Manager, we are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish.
Junior Recruiter responsibilities include posting jobs ads, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews. You’ll assist other recruiters, hiring teams and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly. Ultimately, the position will help implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for NACo.

Assists with implementing all phases of the recruitment process
Assists with job postings and advertisement processes
Schedules interviews and oversees preparation of onboarding materials
Assists with employee orientation and offboarding process
Maintains and updates org chart
Assists with benchmarking positions against market to ensure competitive compensation
Assists with obtaining temporary staff from agencies
Assists with identifying and monitoring effective recruiting sources
Assists with producing relevant metrics and reports (affirmative action, turnover, etc.)
Performs other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Exceptional customer service skill
Excellent organizational skills
Two to three years of relevant experience
Knowledge of federal and local labor laws
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels and backgrounds
