Celtic Associations, a division of Celtic Chicago, is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and collaborative candidate as an Association Manager. This new Celt will support our association clients by utilizing strong relationship-building skills. The best candidate will drive member engagement with creative communications, and utilize organizational skills to plan exceptional member events.
Knowledge and Skills
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative position
Degree or experience in business, communications or event planning
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong organizaitonal, verbal and communication skills
Conceptual thnker and problem solver
Association Management - Manage association clients for membership, committees and communication; fulfilling the goals and tactics defined in the association’s annual plan.
Communications - Create programs to communicate with members to generate positive relationships and secure retention. Manage member communication including newsletters and e-blasts. Oversee the website to ensure postings are relevant and informative. Create networking engagement between members to provide value.
Event Management - Plan and manage the details of association events – both live and digital - to create meaningful engagement for the membership.
Membership Relations - Develop relationships with boards and members to be a resource for the organization and represent the mission in the marketplace.
This is a full-time position with vacation, healthcare and other benefits. Please include desired salary along with resume/cover letter.
