The Director of Marketing, Communications, and Key Accounts is responsible for Professional Pricing Society’s marketing strategies, branding, marketing campaigns, communications strategies, guarding and cultivating strategic partner relationships, and orchestrating the deployment of company-wide resources to provide comprehensive products, services, and solutions.
Developing and actively managing comprehensive marketing, communications and digital content strategies that support the mission, strategic plan, and annual operating objectives of the organization. The marketing channels include video, social media, print, email, direct mail campaigns to target markets
Negotiating with Fortune 500 clients, multinational corporations, and medium-sized organizations regarding the parameters of custom training programs
Creating value, driving revenue, and building long term relationships with key decision makers of all strategic accounts
Coordinating with decision makers of key accounts to assess customer needs and preparing plans in alignment with key account objectives
Providing consultation on customer interfaces and proactively fostering relationships with key account executives and decision makers
Managing a Digital Strategy team to create and launch plans for expansion and maintenance of social media and digital presence
Facilitating the creation of the content Marketing strategy for all PPS offerings inclusive of Membership, Online Pricing Courses, Certified Pricing Professional Program and Virtual and Live Conference events
Managing a Website and Systems Team to ensure timely and successful launch and execution of all email marketing campaigns
Managing and leading a cross-functional team from concept to execution for all aspects of marketing for Conference events, Membership Benefits, Online Pricing Courses, and Certification Programs, including creative imaging and email copy while adjusting as needed based on program success
Creating and maintaining an annual marketing schedule which includes all content for Membership, new and existing online pricing courses, Certification programs, Webinars, Podcasts, PPS Publications, and any other custom offerings
Leading a Graphic Design team in the creation of collateral and imaging for PPS offerings while ensuring program branding requirements
Maintaining Search Engine Optimization reporting and adjusting as needed throughout campaign cycles and product offerings
Marketing and Selling product offerings to Key Account contacts
Supporting pricing training initiatives for Key Accounts
Supporting Education and Membership teams with creative input and Marketing initiatives
10+ years in a lead Marketing role
Degree in Marketing or related field
Knowledge of market research practices and techniques
Knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of marketing strategies
Experience in analyzing data
Proficient computer skills
Experience with Drip Platform
Proficiency with email copy writing
Knowledge of social media platforms
Project management experience
Experience running large scope projects with cross-over departments and large teams
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) proficiency
Ability to travel as needed
