Accounting for three entities (Association, Two For-profit entities)
Entry of daily fundraising and membership receipts
Maintain Accounts Receivable Aging and Unapplied Reports
Maintain Balance Sheet and P & L, and other statements
Monthly invoicing of advertising, tradeshow, webinar and other media sales
Support for meetings registration and credit card or other payment methods
Support for annual audit
Ordering of office supplies and printing documents
Fedex/UPS and other postal operations
Support of departments outside of Finance, and special projects as needed,
Other duties as assigned
Required: College graduate or some college preferred. Previous accounting experience required. Proactive, detailed, accurate, ability to work without supervision. Must know Microsoft Office, especially Excel . Quickbooks, Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Preferred experience with Understanding of individual membership trade associations.
