The Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) is the premier association for CPAs in Pennsylvania with more than 20,000 members working in public accounting, private industry, non-for-profit, government, and education. The PICPA is seeking a Digital Marketing Administrator to develop, execute, measure, and optimize marketing campaigns that support strategy and achieve revenue goals. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategy, audience segmentation, behavioral targeting, and UX, as well as copywriting and editing skills.
This position will:
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns for customer acquisition, content distribution, event promotion, and brand awareness using all marketing methodologies: website, email, SEO, PPC, social media, video, and print. Lead the planning, copywriting, and execution.
Use email automation platform to create targeted campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle. Analyze and optimize platform features to increase efficiencies and results.
Oversee CMS to create and edit content on PICPA.org; html knowledge required.
Collaborate on thoughtful, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences (UX/UI) across platforms.
Create detailed and actionable reports (Google Analytics, email marketing stats, PowerBI) to understand customer behavior and improve satisfaction, acquisition, and retention.
Drive qualified leads to PICPA.org with SEO and SEM tactics. Create and monitor Google AdWords to increase exposure, attract more leads, and increase sales.
Manage paid advertising channels, including Facebook, Google Adwords, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Work across all teams to identify opportunities to cross promote products and services.
Provide guidance and support to marketing coordinators.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
3-5 years related experience
Knowledge of marketing principles, strategy, audience segmentation, behavioral targeting, and UX
Advanced copywriting and editing skills
A minimum of two years of experience with content management systems and email/marketing automation
Google Analytics certification (advanced preferred)
Savvy with marketing tech/ad platforms (Facebook advertising, LinkedIn advertising, etc.)
SEO and Google AdWords experience
Comfort with CRM databases and queries
Exceptional attention to detail and an obsession for brand consistency
Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, managing time efficiently, and meeting tight deadlines
Knowledge of or experience in accounting and finance industries
Experience in non-profit organizations or membership associations
Experience with Power BI
Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
Familiarity with Adestra a plus
