The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of United Soccer Coaches will be a strategic and driven leader, focused on process and outcomes, possessing a strong track record and diverse skill set to build and lead the Association. The CEO will bring vision, gravitas, passion, and high energy to generate new ideas in support of United Soccer Coaches’ mission.
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience
Master’s degree preferred
10+ years of leadership experience
Experience in soccer industry, member associations, or related field
Proven track record of experiences in business, marketing, communications, development, sponsorships, negotiation, and partnerships
Previous leadership role managing a department and/or organization
Previous experience in team building and developing a positive workplace culture
Excellent understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Experience with Salesforce & other supporting technology
Passion and competencies to navigate the coaching education landscape
Development and implementation of strategic plans
