Office manager duties and responsibilities include supporting the ICF Executive Office, ICF GE Board of Directors and providing general administrative oversight. The Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve overall procedures and day-to-day operations.
Provide administrative and executive support to CEO and COO.
Coordinate activities related to the communication, implementation and maintenance of ICF GE Board of Directors and committee-related projects.
Arrange and attend board and executive virtual and in-person meetings/calls to capture meeting minutes and actions to produce executive/board level documentation clearly and accurately. Distribute accordingly.
Support the needs of ICFGE committees, councils and boards as assigned.
Develop relevant research and analyses to support executive and board decision-making.
Collaborate closely with the executive assistant on scheduling and calendaring the executive team, including triaging and preparing briefs, when needed.
Coordinate meetings and all meeting tasks i.e. room set-up, audio/visual, meals, pre-event, and onsite logistics.
Maintain the official files, records, and materials of these organizations.
Coordinate board and committee travel accommodations and supporting travel documents.
Process expense reports, accounts payable and receivable; manage check requests and wire payments.
Perform other duties as assigned

An undergraduate degree or combined education or related experience and a minimum of three years executive office experience. Experience at multinational or global organizations preferred.
