Education Support Coordinator

Your Core Contributions To The Team

• Responsible for administrative support of CCIM’s learning management system, Canvas, and education delivery platform, Zoom.
  • Verify for accuracy classroom course sites supporting CCIM Institute’s direct delivery, licensed sponsor and corporate courses.
  • Prepare and maintain monitoring schedule of online course sites to ensure appropriate coverage.
  • Assist in posting archived recordings from web-based live instructional sessions delivered via CCIM’s Zoom virtual classroom system.
  • Conduct online training sessions with new and current CCIM instructors.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for students and instructors with technical and course-related questions.
  • Assist students and instructors with troubleshooting common issues inside of Canvas (navigation, test resets, etc.).
  • As needed, assist with escalated Canvas help line questions during normal business hours.
  • Respond to instructor questions regarding creating course templates and adding and deleting course content.

About You

knowledge and abilities

• Minimum of two years’ customer support experience, preferably in associations.
• Experience with learning management systems and Zoom.
• Demonstrated proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, evaluation software such as Survey Gizmo, and Zoom.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues associated with students and instructors.
• Engagement with CCIM’s online learning platform.

This position reports to our Education Technology Manager and is an exempt position.
