To provide administrative and programmatic support to the Guidelines Team of the Clinical Affairs & Guidelines Department, clinical practice guideline expert panels, and the Standards & Clinical Practice Guidelines Committee.
Assist in the preparation of agendas, materials and notes for meetings and conference calls, and complete follow-up action items
Schedule and coordinate conference calls and meetings as needed. Responsibilities include helping to coordinate travel and lodging, meeting planning activities, and general logistics
Collect and process Conflict of Interest disclosures
Obtain, compile, and distribute articles via electronic library service
Process expense reports and travel arrangements
Respond to, or route inquiries from, volunteers, members, other associations, and the general public in a timely manner
Assist with department projects to include development of clinical tools and resources, and copy-editing of guideline materials
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
HS Diploma or equivalent required; some college or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in a support or administrative role
Previous non-profit or association experience a plus
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office Suite Programs (track changes, pivot tables, PowerPoint); experience with Publisher and/or Adobe Suite a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to execute a variety of tasks, with multiple and sometimes competing deadlines
Openness to learning new skills and taking on new responsibilities
