The Marketing Coordinator will be a key partner in marketing campaign development, planning, and execution. This individual will work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager, other marketing team members, and individuals acrossHFMA to execute marketing campaigns for HFMA’s products, services.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented and can multitaskand prioritize taskswhen working on several projects at once. This person is passionate about learning the ins-and-outs of successful marketing campaigns and is interested in learning about HFMA’s professional audience of healthcare leaders.
Support the execution, monitoring, and tracking of HFMA’s marketing campaigns
Assist in creating integrated marketing campaigns including print and digital marketing activities
Leads tactical implementation from scheduling and coordination through execution
Write benefit-driven copy for marketing campaigns that speak to HFMA’s professional audience, working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop copy aligned to a specific audience segment
Support execution of digital campaigns (e.g. scheduling social posts including organic and sponsored, securing display ads, taking lead on setting up campaigns with HFMA’s digital marketing partners, dropping copy into templates, testing and deploying email campaigns, etc.)
Review marketing content for accuracy and alignment to the HFMA brand and style guide
Work closely with members of the Creative Services team to match visuals with copyand project manage tactics through the creative process
Work closely with IT team on list requirements, target list curation, and website updates.
Support marketing-specific administrative needs, including maintenance of asset archives and audience lists
Use Salesforce to set up Campaigns and work with Marketing Manager to monitor available campaign activity and conversion data
Monitor and process project expenses to assure budget compliance and reconcile financials monthly
Create and organize marketing project folders on the company network
Keep marketing project plans and timelines organized and regularly updated
Collect marketing requests from across the organization and communicate requests to the Marketing Manager
Assist with campaign-related questions and address stakeholder inquiriesrelated to campaigns
Work with the Marketing Coordinator – Reporting and Analytics to ensure that all tracking for marketing tactics is available, measured, and reported up to Marketing Manager. Work with Marketing Manager to analyze data and make campaign adjustments based on trends.
Consistently collaborate with other Marketing Coordinators on cross training (including the development of job aids), shared skill building, and process improvement recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum3years of experience executing marketing campaigns, including experience with traditional, digital and social media marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
Foundational experience with digital marketing programs, including ad buys and Google AdWords
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management systems
Familiarity with email and marketing automation software tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of healthcare finance topics preferred
