Position Overview
In partnership with ACOFP staff, lead the overall logistical management and execution for two annual conventions, workshops, courses and staff and committee meetings. Responsibilities include identifying ACOFP meeting and event needs, researching locations, negotiating contracts, selecting and managing multiple vendors and establishing project plans and schedules. This role will also help support ACOFP's Foundation, CME accreditation processes and grants. For success in this role we seek a candidate that is highly self-motivated, professional, positive, capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
