TRSA is seeking a part-time Certifications Program Assistant to support our Hygienically Clean, Clean Green and Safety & Health certifications programs. The Certifications Program Assistant will provide administrative support for all existing and new certification programs.
Reviewing and inputting Certification Application and invoice information into the Certifications spreadsheet.
Tracking and updating certified facilities and those within the certification process to ensure accurate statistics for the monthly Certifications Report.
Working with Certifications program manager tracking certifications and renewals to ensure timely completion of the certifications process.
Ensuring Certified companies are updated in the Company Database and Certification Website Directories
Processing Inspector travel invoices, Create and send invoices to certified facilities
Printing and mailing Certificates upon payment of invoices
Lending support to accounting following up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment of accounts
Assisting Certified Members with questions related to their Sample Testing Schedules
Monitoring testing schedules to ensure all plants are meeting certification requirements
Sending reminders when needed to ensure plants remain active in the testing process
Reviewing and documenting technical tests results received from laboratories
Alerting members when retesting is required
Communicating with laboratories and customers regarding missing tests pre and post inspection
Works on special projects assigned by the Certification Program Manager
Perform other duties as assigned

Database management and maintenance skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as online survey platforms, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or ability/willingness to learn and use other programs as required (e.g., online learning, meeting, testing, polling and others)
Excellent written and verbal communication and editorial skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and teams including volunteer leaders, vendors, consultants and staff
Detail oriented, highly organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability, and commitment to, providing an extremely high level of customer service
Ability to multi-task, prioritize work assignments and work well independently and collaboratively
