The Compass Support Advisor provides critical support to the Compass Manager for the Compass Program’s data collection requirement. Acts as front-line customer contact to liaise with hospitals during the quarterly collection cycle to ensure timely and accurate data submissions on an ongoing basis. Additional support given to advance ongoing initiatives of the Compass Program to add value and improve member engagement which include but are not limited to: program expansion and quality improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree recommended
Technical background preferred
Customer Service experience highly recommended
Experience working in or with healthcare or healthcare adjacent industry environments preferred
Prior work experience at a trade association highly preferred
Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
