The Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) was created by and for members and operates as a member-owned non-profit entity. FS-ISAC provides vital information to the financial services sector to assist financial firms in protecting their critical infrastructure assets and confidential information.
Overall responsibility is to coordinate the set up and maintenance of FS-ISAC members and their users while providing excellent customer service as a model and practice representing FS-ISAC with respect and courtesy.
Vet membership applications according to supplied criteria to determine if companies are eligible for membership and update Salesforce with the results.
Onboard new FS-ISAC members in the portal and AlertFind.
Setup Central Intelligence Repository accounts and send new user their account credentials.
Answer Member Services hotline. Resolve routine member issues and address concerns; escalate non-routine issues to management with problem solving suggestions.
Manage the affiliate program by conducting onboarding calls as well as affiliate update calls.

Bachelor’s degree required
Two years of experience in a support position with at least 1 year in association environment.
