Core responsibility is accounting related. Maintaining financial records including billing and accounts receivables, basic accounting/bookkeeping/operating statements/balance sheets, bank statements in concert with external bookkeeping/accountant/audit functions.
Meetings support including registration, payments, event management with occasional overnight in-state travel required.
Membership Records and updates.
Maintaining vendor contacts and supply stocks at two office locations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Skilled in using software applications such as QuickBooks, Word, Excel and the capability to learn new association management software.
Skilled in communicating effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Possess organizational skills to execute and complete multiple tasks.
Flexibility and adaptability in transitioning between different projects and events.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
This position is envisioned as a full time 40-hour per week position but candidates with outstanding relevant experience or skills may be considered with a less-than-full time/variable work schedule arrangement and are encouraged to apply.

TPPA presently maintains two offices. This position will be initially located in Pflugerville. The Pflugerville office location will be relocated/combined into TPPA’s downtown Austin office at some point in the next 24-30 months.
