Develop and maintain the IOM curriculum and professional development program and manage the Curriculum Committee. Maintain the relevance of the curriculum and serve as an advisor to IOM participants.
Develop and maintain the IOM’s curriculum and professional development programs; manage the Curriculum Committee and its curriculum; ensure that the two bodies of knowledge of the two professional certifications in the industry, CCE and CAE, are represented in the curriculum; manage logistics for the 100+ faculty including identifying and securing speakers, conducting interviews, handling reimbursements, and managing faculty contracts and budget; handle inquiries from current and potential IOM participants; develop communications materials to aid in the understanding of the program; manage the blog and onsite app; and coordinate the Curriculum Committee including managing volunteers, ensuring adherence to governance guidelines, developing meeting materials, and performing research.
Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years’ related experience; excellent verbal and written communications; strong time management and organizational skills; able to work well with others in a fast-paced team environment; flexibility to travel five weeks per year; and proficient in MS Office. Experience in adult education programs and familiarity with and in interest in chamber, association, or nonprofit organizations preferred.
Additional Salary Information: Salary commensurate with experience.
