The analyst will help to promote awareness of these initiatives, manage their daily activities among content management systems, NAHB’s Association Management System, Digital Management System and other online applications. This position has a focus on the administration and management of the Sitecore Content Management System, a secondary specialization in Sitecore Digital Marketing System (DMS), Coveo for Sitecore, e-Commerce for Sitecore and other website support services.
Responsibilities include prompt processing of website content requests (including e-commerce) within the Sitecore CMS and Janus CMS, standards-based quality assurance of web content and internal and external communications with website stakeholders. The analyst is also responsible for generating routine web analytics reports and providing ad-hoc analytics on various NAHB digital assets, as well as establishing KPI and dashboard.
Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be customer service-oriented and a dedicated team player. Candidates must be self-motivated; highly organized, especially with digital information; and have the ability to prioritize work and manage tasks, meeting short-term and long-term deadlines.
Candidates must have at least one year of web content management experience with emphasis on online communications, CMS tools and content organization. Candidates should also have working experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Universal Analytics, as well as basic knowledge in WP Engine maintenance. A strong knowledge of digital communications is required. Basic knowledge of design principles and usability is a plus.
