Manages NSSGA’s exhibits, sponsorship and advertising for all education and meetings products and supports the Manufacturers & Services Division. Essential to management of the exhibits is the building of exhibitor relationships, generating leads with potential exhibitors, overseeing exhibits related vendors, promoting trade show growth, creating and administrating mechanisms that encourage attendee-to-exhibitor interaction, producing detailed reports and reporting progress to management on a regular basis. Manages the renewal process related to the Manufacturers & Services Division.
Manage the overall administration of the AGG1 trade show by entering/updating data in the exhibitor database, guiding exhibitors through the process of selecting and purchasing tradeshow space, preparing and executing invoices, tracking all payments plans established by exhibitors, developing/submitting reports to senior management, and liaising with the show contractor/contracted exposition services company.
Regular and consistent professional communication and effective follow up with designated industry contacts and prospects by phone, e-mail and written communications.
Oversee the floor plan, invoicing and collection of funds.
Develop exhibit sales prospect database.
Verification of floor plan layout with show production and accounting departments and identification of potential issues to be resolved by show management.
Manages all outside vendors and contracts to include:
Show Service (MYS)
Works with the General Contractor to produce the Exhibitor Services Manual.
Formulate directed communications to industry and conceptualize sales campaigns for use in targeted marketing for exhibit sales, M&S Division membership, advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
Serve as the point of contact for the M&S Division and all exhibitor/advertiser/sponsor inquires.
Organize and manage the booth pre-selection process and on-site booth sales for future events based on a point system.
Monitor exhibit hall setup, daily operations and teardown in conjunction with Show Management.
Assists in sponsorship solicitation for a variety of NSSGA events, expand current relationships and cultivate new ones.
Manages the M&S annual renewal process to include renewal notifications by mail, email and phone; acknowledgement process; and data entry of payment.
Co-staff liaison to the M&S Division Board of Directors.
Tracks and maintains M&S prospect database for membership, exhibits and sponsorship.
