Job Summary: Great opportunity for part time work from home to support non profit association. Approximately 10-15 hours per week. Potential for more hours as year progresses. Will have weekly progress meetings by phone.
Job Tasks Include but Are Not Limited To: Maintain membership database Update website content (most changes will be provided, some will be asked for you to review pages and fix broken links, etc) Research online organizations and examples Support correspondence including welcome & thank you letters, auto renewal text, etc Manage calendar of events, update new events and take down old events Regular communication to chapters and membership, newsletters, blogs, news alerts, advocacy alerts, etc. (content will be provided to you)
Skills and Experience: Assistant must have experience in association software, including Memberclicks and Wild Apricot Strong attention to detail Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multi-task, organize work assignments, set priorities and meet deadlines Ability to problem solve and work independently Proficient in Word & Excel
Telecommuting is allowed.
