The National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA) seeks two major gifts officer to assume leadership of a growing fundraising program in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions, and the Sun Coast and Texas region. S/He will be responsible for working with high-net worth donors and prospects to secure gifts for NPCA’s national and regional programs. As a member of the national development department, s/he will work closely with senior development professionals, executive and program staff, national trustees and regional volunteers to increase support at the $10,000+ level focusing on six- and seven- figure prospects. The candidate should have experience working with high-net worth individuals and success identifying, engaging, and soliciting new prospects.
S/he will be focused on building relationships through in-person cultivation throughout the stated regions and will have significant autonomy to achieve aggressive fundraising goals. This position will report to the Vice President of Development.
