The American Urological Association is the premier association for the advancement of urologic patient care. We are actively recruiting for a Data Support Specialist.
This position supports the Data Management & Statistical Analysis Director with the execution of AUA Data strategic goals and assigned tasks that improve departmental efficiency and productivity. Supports departmental operations and activities that affect all data initiatives. Serves as a liaison to other Science & Quality departments and beyond. Maintains AQUA Registry client accounts including tracking, invoicing and receivable. Provides administrative support to all data meetings, events and the Data Team. Conducts special projects for achieving data strategic goals and contributing to the mission of the AUA.

The successful candidate will have:
A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in the fields of social science, business administration, sociology, psychology, economics, finance or in other relevant disciplines.
Two+ years of relevant experience is required.
Previous experience in project support/coordination/operations and/or office management is required.
Experience in managing client accounts, account invoicing and receivable is desired.
Ability to plan ahead, organize and track multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision and oversight.
Proven superior written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work successfully and diplomatically with a broad range of staff and physicians, both inside and outside the department.
Proven ability to work independently and as member of a fast-paced team.
Ability to conduct online library reviews and topic-specific research.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel occasionally and work on evenings and weekends as needed.
