This position is responsible for administrative and office support of the SVP/CFO and Human Resources department. Serve as a back-up for the receptionist to assist with phone and front desk coverage.
Manage phones, calendars and scheduling needs for the CFO
Preparation, formatting, typing and submission of board reports and presentations to Executive Office and other correspondence as requested.
Coordinate travel logistics and reimbursement reports
Provide backup administrative support for recruiting, learning and development, benefits, financial reporting, and membership engagement.
Ad hoc projects related to the HR department (e.g. assisting with benefits open enrollment, data entry for the learning management system, etc.)
Meeting scheduling, note taking and tracking follow ups
Filing, copying, supply ordering, tracking of expenses and other organizational needs
