The American College of Radiology (ACR) is a professional medical association that is seeking an Education Program Manager to join its team to work with one of its managed societies, Society of Breast Imaging (SBI).
The SBI Education Program Manager will manage and implement the Society’s educational programs, including live courses and enduring educational activities. This person will serve as a staff participant to assigned educational committees and will participate in meetings and conference calls of the committees. The ideal candidate is well versed in managing CME programs, can develop proposals for education grants, and has an understanding in adult learning principals and how to apply them to current programming. This position does require travel several times per year.
- Administers department project activities as assigned;
- Develops and implements programs related to assigned area(s);
- Manages all aspects of assigned areas of responsibility including timelines, budgeting submissions, planning, and organization;
- Liaisons internally and externally in support of assigned activities;
- Responds to member/customer/staff inquiries and researches and resolves all issues;
- Performs other duties as assigned.
