At the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA) the Membership Engagement Coordinator is an integral member of our team. This is a unique member-facing role involved in many areas of the association. Excellent benefit package, transit discount, and 35-hour work week.
About the role:
Serve as initial point of contact for state and local leader questions and requests.
Coordinate new member welcome campaign and retention activities.
Partner with marketing team on affinity programs and corresponding initiatives.
Create content for electronic newsletters.
Assist in execution of student, new professional and student delegate programs.
Manage awards programs.
Maintain state and component officer updates in membership database.
Coordinate, in partnership with finance, comprehensive reporting at the end of each billing cycle for the Board of Trustees and state officers.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related degree.
1-3 years of communications or association experience.
High competence in writing business communications and creating reports and presentations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience working with an Association Management System (AMS) a plus.
Proven project management skills.
Highly customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
