Join one of the best association management firms in the world! ASMI seeks a dynamic, hard-working professional to serve as a Member Relations Coordinator. ASMI serves ten not-for-profit organizations and this position primarily supports the American Trauma Society. There is opportunity for advancement based on employee performance and company growth.
The Member Relations Coordinator communicates with members, non-members and others to deliver customer serves and achieve membership goals for ATS. Initiatives for this position include soliciting new members, membership renewals and marketing various ATS products and services.
Duties include marketing, member services, committee support, communications and administrative work. Admin includes processing member applications/payments, producing reports, assisting with production of course materials and related tasks.
Knowledge of membership retention and recruitment strategies; project planning and management; use of database management systems and familiarity with production of data queries, reports and forms to track membership metrics.
Skills in marketing, relationship development and outreach. Must be extremely well organized and task oriented. Strong oral and written communication skills.
