Develop and implement membership plans for growth of new restaurant members according to RFMA's strategic goals.
Develop a plan for needed membership marketing and promotional materials.
Coordinate all details of membership recruitment events, including development of marketing plan, communications to member prospects, and working with other staff to ensure meeting logistics are handled.
Oversee a Membership Development Committee, working with key vendor members and restaurateurs to partner on recruitment efforts.
Make face-to face, phone call and social media connections with restaurant member prospects
Work with Membership Manager to hand-off the finalizing of new restaurant member applications and track new member acquisitions.
Identify viable trade and consumer show opportunities and oversee exhibit details, including development of materials, shipping and receiving of exhibits, ensuring exhibits are complete and in good working condition, ordering signage and other materials for booth, etc.
Develop additional verticals that would be a good fit for the association’s membership growth.
Work in partnership with key staff to encourage development of programs and services to help attract prospective members, as learned through the recruitment process.
