Manager of Digital Learning and Program Development
Feldesman Tucker Liefer Fidell LLP is seeking a bright, creative professional to manage our growing online learning environment. Working on a marketing team under our Director of Training and Technical Assistance, you will coordinate and manage the delivery of web based educational opportunities and all aspects of the Learning Management System and webinar hosting, including material preparation and set-up, planning and communication with colleagues and participants, editing content, posting to LMS and providing program analysis.
Directs the operations of the online learning systems.
Manages the usage and administration of the learning platform to optimize engagement, and provide registration and training analytics.
Provides client-facing support, troubleshooting and technical guidance.
Organizes presentation materials with speaker(s), handles webinar practice runs and assists with speaker preparation; prepares necessary equipment/material for each assigned webinar.
Works with speaker(s) throughout webinar to ensure success and effectiveness.
Introduces speakers and reviews logistics at start of webinar.
Reviews recordings and uploads to archive.
Runs post-webinar reports and disseminates information to appropriate parties.
Learning Management System:
Project management expertise in the loading of learning objects, and the creation of course catalogs, assessments, curriculums, and skills matrices.
Designs and communicates processes and policies.
Establishes reporting requirements and builds reporting solutions and dashboards.
Designs user interfaces and learning communities.
Maps organizational learning needs to system functionality.
Trains end-users and provides end-user support.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of LMS and webinar experience in a corporate environment
Experience with GoToWebinar
Experience with SalesForce and EthosCE preferred
Instructional design experience, with a focus on web-based and/or mobile learning a plus
A demonstrated track record of providing excellent customer service while consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
