If so, then the Diabetes Prevention Program Coordinator role at AADE may be a fit for you! We are searching for a self-motivated individual with a "can do" approach. The Diabetes Prevention Program Coordinator is responsible for administrative support of the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP). This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with workshop invoicing and registration, coordination of meeting logistics and preparing presentation material.
Additional responsibilities include:
Maintain program calendar, reports and files, and processing agendas and correspondence as requested.
Assist in developing and maintaining the reporting, monitoring and site visit schedule.
Process incoming invoices, check requests and expense reports.
Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in professional environment required. Prior work at association or not-for-profit organization a plus.
Bachelor's degree or relevant college courses in related field such as Public Health, Evaluation, Data Systems or relevant field a plus.
Demonstrated experience in data collection and/or data entry.
