The position, Manager, Development will provide best in class service and support to a portfolio of remotely managed campaigns across the US. They will manage and grow relationships and revenues with existing and new partners through current and new strategies, processes, and systems. Manager, Development must be task-oriented, comfortable managing multiple projects with accuracy and in a fast-paced work environment. Must possess a desire to make a meaningful difference by helping to build stronger, healthier communities and improve lives.

Achieve established engagement and revenue goals with existing campaigns
Implement and create strategies designed to deepen relationships with corporate partners
Identify opportunities to grow revenues with existing and managed partnerships through workplace giving, cause campaigns, and fee for service
Document and track progress on achieving goals in Stratus and other reporting tools
Work closely with partner agencies to leverage their corporate partnerships to generate new partnerships and revenues, or grow existing revenues
Support a variety of campaign functions including custom plans, marketing materials, presentations, events, volunteer opportunities
Identify potential new partnership and growth opportunities through evaluating inactive/lapsed campaigns
Support organizational research needs with Insights and Analytics as necessary
Ability to travel for staff meetings and trainings

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required to Perform Work:

Excellent communication, reasoning, and organizational skills
Comfortable making and justifying decisions that require immediate implementation
Strong computer literacy skills, with hands-on capability in Microsoft Office, donor/constituent relationship management systems, and mass communication software
Education & Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in non-profit relationship management
Demonstrated success in managing workplace giving and corporate partnerships preferred
