Seeking a full-time Office Administrator and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Must have strong organizational skills, be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Duties include, but are not limited to, routine administrative duties; scheduling management, data-base management, proofreading, research, creating reports & spreadsheets. Executive member communications, meeting planning & support.
The ideal candidate must be professional with a warm personality, detailed oriented and tech savvy, have the ability to multi-task, be very organized, and willing to work with a variety of related entities and individuals.
General Job Description:
40 hours per week; infrequent duties after 5pm.
Must be punctual.
Must have impeccable attention to detail.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills: Ability to manage schedules, plan and coordinate meetings, and prepare reports and spreadsheets within deadlines.
Proactive and positive: A self-starter who looks for ways to provide greater efficiency to reports, ability to multi-task, has a positive can-do attitude and can handle matters independently and without guidance, plans ahead to ensure that meetings run smoothly, not easily flustered by stressful situations or a fast-paced environment, and can make quick, rational decisions.

Strong proficiency required in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Quickbooks, and WordPress is a plus, as they will be needed for required duties.
Electronic responsibilities include web editing, legal reporting, and research.
Must be highly professional and able to focus on task and present a professional image of the organization in person and by phone.

Minimum 5 years of office administrative experience required. Strong preference, and consideration, for an applicant with 10 or more years of office operations/management experience. Association experience, and familiarity with the legislative or political process is a big plus.
