NetVU is seeking Administrative Support Personnel. With our focus on member engagement of up to 250,000 members, our organization is growing and we have multiple data entry support / database management positions open. The ideal candidate will ensure our members receive courteous and prompt service in accordance to company protocol both in person, via electronic communications and over the phone. Candidates will be self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented with an ability to problem solve; and at times work in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork, ambition, loyalty, reliability, and a smile on your face and in your voice are a must for this position.
In this role, you will provide administrative and office support for multiple projects and initiatives as needed and assigned. Primary duties include regular interaction with our membership base via telephone, email and in person; assisting with database records entry and maintenance in our association management database (iMIS); preparation and distribution of marketing email notifications; coordinating web-based presentation setup, support of onsite meeting planning, hosting and post webinar video editing; preparation of reports; and word processing support.
The ideal candidate will possess the following professional experience and capabilities:
High school diploma or GED and/or vocational, technical or business school coursework, OR two (2) years of related work experience
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
Familiarity with database tools and internet research
Excellent computer navigation skills
Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures
Excellent communication, spelling and grammar skills
Ability to follow oral and written instructions, and perform detailed clerical work in a methodical, independent and thorough manner with speed and accuracy
Typing (50wpm), computer, and windows based software experienc
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
Must be available, on occasion, for special meetings before or after regular office hours
High energy, positive “can do” attitude demonstrating flexibility and teamworkValid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Background check will be required.
